dap design Selected as Architect for The Packing District Food Hall and Brewery

With site work well underway within The Packing District near College Park, Dr. Phillips Charities today announced dap design has been selected as the architect for The Packing District’s food hall. The team is charged with preserving and converting the old Great Southern Box Company building, located on the southeast corner of Princeton Street and Orange Blossom Trail, to house the food hall.

YMCA of Central Florida Announces Development Team for Newest Family Center Location in The Packing District

Today, the YMCA of Central Florida announced the development team who will be spearheading the construction of its 23rd YMCA location in the heart of Dr. Phillips Charities’ new community, The Packing District. The YMCA has selected general contractors, Brasfield & Gorrie; engineers, GAI Consultants; architects, RLF; and owner representative Foundry Commercial to design and build the 27,000-square-foot family center.

Embrey Partners Selected to Build in The Packing District

Plans for the 202-acre The Packing District near College Park continue to take shape, as Dr. Phillips Charities announces Embrey Partners, an award-winning San Antonio-based multi-family developer, has been selected to build 310 units of multi-family housing at the northeast corner of Princeton Street and Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando. This comes just a few weeks after it was announced a new YMCA Family Center would be built within the district.
