• 6:45 AM – Race Day Registration & Packet Pickup
• 8:00 AM – 5K Fun Run/Walk Start
• 9:00 AM – Awards Ceremony
• 9:15 AM – FREE Kids’ Dashes

5K Race Perks

• Family-friendly holiday activities & fun 
• Custom holiday-themed finisher medal for all 5K participants

• All registered 5K participants receive a unisex, holiday-themed cotton t-shirt. Guaranteed sizing for those registered by October 31, 2025.
• All paid 5K participants receive a custom holiday medal.
• FREE Kids’ Dash participants receive a finisher ribbon.
• Awards for Top 3 Male & Female Finishers (Note: This is a fun run and not chip timed. A finish clock will be displayed.)

Adult Registration Fees (13 & older)

$35 – Early Bird (thru 10/31/25)
$40 – Race Day

All race day payments must be made via credit card through RunSignUp.
No refunds. No transfers. This is a rain-or-shine event. 

FREE Kids’ Dashes

After the 5K, we’ll host free dashes for kids ages 7 & under.

• Register day-of at the registration table.
• Distances range from 50–200 yards by age group.
• Adult supervision required.
• All finishers receive a ribbon; top girl and boy in each group receive special awards.

Safety Rules

• No roller/in-line skates
• Jogging strollers are welcome but must start at the back
• Stay within race cones and follow all signage
• Only registered participants receive finisher medals
