Healthy Family Day returns to The Packing District on Saturday, August 1, for a free day of family fun at the YMCA! Enjoy sports clinics, hands-on activities, wellness experiences, and interactive community partners as part of ESPN’s Take Back Sports initiative with Disney. From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., families can try new sports, stay active, and discover year-round YMCA programs, all while exploring one of Orlando’s fastest-growing destinations for recreation, dining, and community.
