Dr. Phillips Charities Breaks Ground on New Office Building in The Packing District
Dr. Phillips Charities has officially broken ground on a new multi-story office building in the heart of The Packing District. The project will add Class-A office space at the southeast corner of Princeton Street and Orange Blossom Trail to meet the growing demand for high-quality workplaces in this dynamic Orlando neighborhood. One full floor will be dedicated to nonprofit organizations, with flexible leasing options for mission-driven groups. The building, designed by HuntonBrady Architects with Welbro Building Corporation as general contractor, will feature sustainable design, flexible floor plans, and welcoming community spaces. Construction is expected to be completed by summer 2026.
