Dr. Phillips Charities Announces Pine Street Hospitality as New Operator of Great Southern Box Co. Food Hall
Pine Street Hospitality brings proven local experience to The Packing District destination
ORLANDO, Fla. – (April 16, 2026) – Dr. Phillips Charities announced Pine Street Hospitality has assumed operations at the Great Southern Box Co. Food Hall in The Packing District.
A proven local hospitality group with a strong on-the-ground presence, Pine Street Hospitality brings extensive experience, including the successful management of Walter’s Tavern, also located on site. Their team will focus on maintaining the food hall’s role as a lively community destination while enhancing offerings and programming. All current vendors will remain unchanged, allowing guests to continue enjoying the same diverse mix of local concepts they know and love.
