Husband-and-wife chefs Yojan Gonzalez and Lisa Plasencia left the hotel world to share their passion for food, family, and culture with Central Florida. In 2017, they launched A Lo Cubano Kitchen, a food truck serving classic Cuban dishes with a modern twist. Using only the finest ingredients, they bring the flavors of their heritage to every bite. A Lo Cubano Kitchen is located at the Great Southern Box Co. Food Hall.
